I'm not dead. Really. O_O

I know it's been FOREVER since I've been here on dA, I mean, my last journal update was back in December (I blame school for that...)! But now that I've finally graduated high school and gotten into a college (FSU this fall! ), I should be able to put more pics up. And I also need to comment on everybody's new artwork...my devation box is overflowing. Literally. :/

As for my summer break, I'm really trying to take things easy, but so much had happened in June...my cousin-that-I-barely-even-know passed away and my father wanted us all to go to New York for the funeral to pay respects. This explains why I wasn't at Metrocon. But I hope everyone had fun. Seriously, New York has an awesome city, but there are some bad areas, which scare me silly. My family and I heard gunshots go off at like 2:00 in the morning. Needless to say, we were very concerned, lol.

But I have plenty of reasons to be happy. My new-found obsession of Gundam 00 is growing. The 2nd season is currently airing on Sci-Fi on Mondays at 11:00!! I have also discovered the awesomeness that is Crystal Kay. She's a j-pop artist, but I had no idea she was half black, half Korean! And Axis Powers Hetalia is amazing. Watch it. You'll never look at History class the same way again. lolz. :3
